What does our computer optimization service include? We will:
- Install system updates.*
- Improve overall system speed and performance. (Including startup and shutdown)
- Clean up quick launch, taskbar, navigation, temporary files
- Remove unwanted programs and bloatware/crapware/trialware.
- Enable basic security functions. (Including antiphishing protection, pop-up blocking and firewall)
- Test for proper hardware and software functionality
* Customer must have active internet service
New Computer Setup

What does our computer sertup service include? We will:
- Connect, install and configure basic peripherals. (Monitor, Mouse/Keyboard, Speakers)
- Connect, install and configure 1 external peripheral.
- Connect you to the internet. *
- Install system updates. *
- Install up to 3 software applications.
- Test for proper functionality.

Software Install

What does a software installation include? We will:
- Determine computer compatibility.
- Install/repair and configure 1 software title.*
- Perform software updates.*
- Create shortcuts. (Start menu, desktop and quick launch bar)
